If you’re looking for a recipe that’s both warming and utterly divine, then I kindly invite you to try out this Blueberry and Nectarine Cobbler. I sampled a few bites fresh out of the oven and doused in vanilla ice cream when I was over at For the Love of Mary’s and let me tell you - DAMN. This is the shit. The bomb dot com. Whatever you want to call it, this is it. Whether you’re looking to make an ooey gooey goodie just for yourself or you’re in dire need of a crowd pleaser, this is the recipe you need to try. And guess what? You can easily make it gluten free by subbing in all purpose gluten free flour, which is exactly what Mary did and it came out perfectly.

This recipe is so simple that even I, the human who cannot bake a pie to save her life, can do it. No really. It’s true. This bad bitch comes out gorgeous and delicious every damn time. Make sure to bake it in a beautiful pie dish so that your presentation is flawless. It’s beautiful and rustic and will give you all the feels. The ingredients are simple and the result is splendid. Head over to Mary’s site for the recipe.
