Burgundy, White & Green Florals

moody hues

A fantastic color combo that immediately adds class and drama to any space, rich burgundy paired with both deep and lighter greens plus a pop of white really make an arrangement sing. Place a few vases around the house with varying sizes and types of flowers within the same color scheme for a cohesive and sophisticated look. Dahlias, roses, ranunculus are all common finds that embrace such a theatrical hue. Use some filler to add in contrast - this is where your greens and whites come in handy.

What you display these arrangements in is also key for this look. With such specific pigments, you really want to make sure you don’t stray too far from the color story. Stick to moody earth tones, purples, whites, and metallics. Maybe you have some antique china lying around that would come to life with some aubergine florals plopped in. Or maybe you have a big, modern white geometric vase that would look totally rad, especially when tied with some muted neutral velvet. Check your odds and ends, anything can be a vase if you let it be.
